The Difference Between Experience & Knowledge At Work

6 years ago, after I graduated from college, I had a large amount of information in the field of geotechnical, but I did not have enough experience to organize and use all the information I had to produce any thing with good quality.

Thus, for example, if I had reviewed my first design note today, I would have asked for lots of modifications to be added to it, even though it was generally accepted.

why ?!

Because after that by dealing with many problems, projects, and people with greater and more experience than you, you begin to gain the ability to judge yourself, your level in relation to others, and what you lack.

Therefore, after 6 years, I have become more experienced and more capable of using knowledge in its correct place, and thank God, the quality of my work is currently excellent compared to myself in the past.

Finally, experience can be defined as reaching the best level of using your knowledge in choosing the ideal solution to problems.

This appears in either your outputs and design files or in the way you manage work and deal with problems more professionally.

The best example of the development happening with me

In the past, it was possible to use Word to create calculations sheets and submit them as files within the project.

Currently, I use Excel to create fixed, editable models and produce calculation sheets and design files.

The difference between them is that I do not need design programs, nor do I need to waste the same time more than once on more than one project with the same specifications.
